  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By registering as a vendor on sofeh.com, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the vendor) and Sofeh Sunrise. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
  2. Vendor Responsibilities
    2.1 You are solely responsible for the files you upload and sell on our platform. This includes ensuring the quality, accuracy, and legality of the files.
    2.2 You must have the necessary rights and permissions to sell the files you upload, including any intellectual property rights or copyrights.
    2.3 You agree not to upload files that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate any laws or regulations.
    2.4 You are responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to the files you sell.
  3. File Quality and Copyright
    3.1 You can only sell the files usable in our Music Studio or ORG 24 software.
    3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the files you upload are of high quality and free from any defects.
    3.3 You must not upload files that infringe upon the intellectual property rights or copyrights of third parties.
    3.4 Sofeh Sunrise is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property disputes that may arise from the files you upload. You agree to indemnify and hold Sofeh Sunrise harmless from any claims related to such disputes.
  4. Payouts and Fees
    4.1 You will receive payouts for the sales of your files. (about 70% of your sales)
    4.2 Sofeh Sunrise may deduct applicable transaction fees from your earnings.
  5. Termination
    Sofeh Sunrise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or malicious activities.
