Hi,

1- for Default: Options > General > Global Meter,  for one category: View Menu > Category Properties > Meter

2- Yes, Importing KORG and Yamaha Sets has many problems, but you may make it better by changing the Chord Variation and Base Note from the Category Properties

3- No, you have to search for it, and these Yamaha Sets are old and a little hard to find
